We want you to have the best experience with our products. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Important! Our slippers are handcrafted, making each pair unique. Minor variations in weaving, shades, or details are a natural part of handmade production and are not considered defects.

1. Return Period

🔹 Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these conditions:

🔹 The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
🔹 To request an exchange or return, send photos of the item from all angles or a video confirming its condition. The packaging must be preserved and used exclusively from rigid cardboard to ensure product safety during transportation. All original tags, labels, cards, and packaging (including the branded box) must remain intact, as they are part of the purchase.
🔹 If you decide to return the item, you will find a pre-installed adhesive strip on the box. Simply place the item back into its original packaging, seal the box using the double-sided tape installed on the lid, and send it back to us. No additional packaging is needed – it's as easy as unpacking!
🔹 Tags must remain attached, and all accompanying materials must be included, as they complete your purchase.

Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. Fill Out the Form
    The return or exchange form is included in the box with your item.

  2. Document the Item's Condition
    Take photos from all angles or record a video to confirm the item’s condition.

  3. Submit Your Request
    Send the completed request along with photos or videos to support@kulish.me.

  4. Prepare the Item for Shipment
    • Use the original packaging.
    • The box has a built-in adhesive strip for easy sealing.
    • Pack the item, seal the box, and send it back to us.

We will process your request promptly and do our best to ensure a smooth service experience.

3. Refund Method

🔹 Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the item.
🔹 The refund is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
🔹 Depending on your bank and payment system, refunds may take up to 7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged due to our error, we fully cover the return costs. You can choose:
• A free replacement item.
• A full refund, including the initial shipping cost.
• If you wish to return the item because it did not fit or meet expectations, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
• If, after inspection, the item does not meet return conditions (e.g., shows signs of wear, has damaged packaging, etc.), it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
• If the item was damaged during transportation, please contact the shipping carrier for compensation. We are not responsible for damage caused by the delivery service.

5. Important Return Conditions

• The item must remain in its original condition, with all tags and in the original packaging.
• If tags are removed, the item shows signs of use, washing, or any modifications, returns will not be accepted.
• Items are not eligible for return if the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
• Custom-made items (individually crafted) are non-refundable.
