1. General Terms

1.1. This public offer ("Offer") is an official proposal from Kulish ("Seller") to enter into a purchase agreement for handcrafted knitted footwear under the conditions stated below.
1.2. The Offer is addressed to any individual or legal entity ("Buyer") intending to purchase handcrafted knitted footwear through the Seller's website.
1.3. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this Offer and agreement to its terms.

2. Product Features

2.1. The Seller provides unique handcrafted knitted footwear ("Product") made manually.
2.2. Since each pair is handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These are natural aspects of artisanal production and are not considered defects.
2.3. All product characteristics, images, and descriptions are available on the Seller's website.

3. Order Placement and Payment Terms

3.1. The Buyer places an order via the website by filling out the appropriate form with contact details and selecting a payment method.
3.2. The product price is indicated on the website at the time of order placement.
3.3. Available payment methods:
• Bank card;
• Payment link via Revolut;
• Bank transfer;
• Other methods listed on the website.
3.4. The order is confirmed after successful payment or agreement with the Buyer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Delivery is available within Ukraine and internationally via reliable courier services listed on the Seller's website.
4.2. Estimated delivery times:
• Ukraine: 2-7 business days;
• Europe: 7-14 business days;
• USA, Canada: 10-21 business days;
• Other countries: Depending on the chosen carrier.
4.3. International shipping costs are calculated individually and depend on the destination, weight, and carrier. Information can be confirmed with the Seller.
4.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the Product is handed over to the carrier.
4.5. The Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties per the regulations of the recipient's country.

5. Exchanges, Returns, and Guarantees

5.1. As the Product is handcrafted, returns or exchanges are only available in the following cases:
• A manufacturing defect or damage during transportation;
• A shipping error by the Seller (e.g., incorrect size or color).
5.2. The Buyer must report an issue within 48 hours of receiving the Product by sending photos and a description of the defect to the Seller's email.
5.3. Exchanges or returns are processed only after agreement with the Seller.
5.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless otherwise stated by law.

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for:
• Minor discrepancies in color, texture, or size due to the handmade nature of the Product;
• Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs authorities;
• Incorrect contact details provided by the Buyer.
6.2. The Buyer guarantees that the provided contact details are accurate and that payment is made legally.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. The Seller agrees not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except as required by law.
7.2. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the website.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The Seller and Buyer are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances (e.g., war, natural disasters, pandemics, government bans, international shipping restrictions, etc.).

9. Other Conditions

9.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Offer terms without prior notice. The new terms take effect upon publication on the website.
9.2. Disputes between the Seller and Buyer shall be resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful, through legal proceedings per Ukrainian law.
