HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Our model has a foot length of 24 cm:

- Size XS — fit tightly, very snug.
- Size S — fit perfectly, just right.
- Size M — turned out to be too big.
So for a 24 cm foot, the optimal size is S.

We recommend choosing slippers with a bit of extra room rather than a tight fit — this way they’ll be more comfortable for walking and look more aesthetically pleasing on the foot.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your slippers in shape, maintain their color, and extend their lifespan, follow these simple guidelines:
✔️ Hand wash or use a delicate machine wash cycle (30°C).
✔️ Air dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight.
✔️ Use a soft brush to remove dust.
✔️ After washing, the slippers may shrink by up to 2 cm—while still damp, gently stretch them back into shape.
SHIPPING DETAILS

For customers from Europe, shipments are made from a warehouse within the European Union — located in Cyprus. This means you don’t have to pay any customs fees. Delivery across Europe is carried out via Cyprus Post. We offer free courier delivery via Nova Poshta across all of Ukraine.

What are Kulish slippers made of?

Our slippers are crafted from:
🔹 100% recycled Bobbiny cotton, sourced from post-consumer and industrial textile waste.
🔹 Vibram sole—a durable rubber containing recycled materials, helping to reduce industrial waste.
How long will the slippers last with regular use?

It all depends on the intensity of wear and care. Kulish slippers are entirely handmade from high-quality materials designed for comfortable use. If you follow our care recommendations, they will maintain their appearance and comfort for a long time. And their slight natural transformation over time will only add character and uniqueness.
Can I machine wash my slippers?

Yes, but only on a delicate cycle (30°C) without spin drying.
What should I do if my slippers have stretched?

It’s normal for the slippers to shrink slightly (up to 2 cm) after washing. To restore their original size, gently stretch them back into shape while they’re still damp.
